How do Governors Stay Up-to-Date on Rotary?

One way that future, current and past District Governors learn what's new in Rotary is at annual Zone Institutes. The most recent Zone Institute was held in Boston in late August, between the earthquake and hurricane Irene. It was a chance for future governors Marty Helman and Carolyn Johnson to meet their year group and learn from the experts, and then all governors gathered for plenaries (and parties).
