District Changeover, an All-Star Event!

On June 26, over 200 guests attended the annual Changeover Dinner in Portland. Outgoing Governor Marie recognized and thanked all of the presidents, AGs and committee members who worked so hard to make the 2006-2007 year a success. Patty Rice spoke for the entire District when she thanked Marie and Bruce and surprised them with a Rotary rocking chair, which Marie promptly tried on for size. Incoming Governor Liz introduced the AGs and committee members who will serve the clubs this year.  Finally, RI Vice President Mike McGovern, in his inimitable style, swore the 2007-2008 presidents and Liz into office.
