Humanitarian Grants Program
The Humanitarian Grants Program provides grants to Rotary Clubs and districts to implement humanitarian projects. There are several grants types that address different service needs and funding options:
DSG Application 2007-2008
- District Simplified Grants:
- DSG is a tool for Rotary districts to support short-term humanitarian projects that benefit the community.
- 2. Project must be local in scope, accomplished within District boundaries, and must be completed in the Rotary year initiated
- 3. The Grant consists of small funds provided by the District.
- 4. Project application must be submitted to DGSC during June-July but no later than July 31st.
- 5. The DRF Committee meets once a year and will review/approve/allocate/reject the application by the August 31st.
- 6. Awarded Funds will be distributed by the end of September 30th.
- 7. Interim Report due by February 15th
- 8. Final Report with all documentation due by June 1st.
Original documentation must be archived by the clubs for minimum of 3 years.
